Total Black was a contemporary fashion brand co-founded and operated by Igor Ivanenko prior to focusing fully on Only the Blind. Built around a minimalist all-black concept at a mid-tier pricing structure, the brand developed a global customer base and secured retail partnerships including ASOS, while also operating physical retail locations in London and Birmingham at Boxpark Shoreditch and the Bullring.

Through Total Black, Igor gained first-hand experience across all aspects of brand building - from product development and manufacturing to e-commerce, wholesale, trade shows, and physical retail - laying the operational foundations that would later inform the growth of Only the Blind and Group 21.
